Day shift

I'm convinced that shift dresses will never go out of style. They're the look of the 70s, but their initiation in that decade was only the beginning.

This week, I found out about an amazing opportunity for breaking into the career I've always wanted, so of course I start mentally planning what I'm going to wear. I found this shift dress at Ann Taylor the other day, and got the best deal-- hint: it is cheaper in stores than online. It's one of those dresses you can wear to a wedding, work or dinner, and it reminds me of something Lilly Pulitzer would design, no?

  4. Shift dresses are definitely one of the most versatile pieces of clothing you could own. They're basically a simple, blank palette so I love adding accessories to dress them up! Good luck on the amazing opportunity you found! I hope your lovely dress helps seal the deal. :)
